- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Immunisation Certificate
- “This is me” Form
As soon as we receive your chid’s enrolment form we will be in contact to confirm your child’s placement. If we can not accommodate your child at the moment, we will let you know promtly and inform you of the next available steps to take.
